Dr Kufaishi is a Professor of Natural science, with vast experience in University teaching, researching supervising MSc and PhD Projects, head and member of examination committees for undergraduates and postgraduate studies, and an editor of several books. He worked in several universities (Baghdad, Tibessa, Constantine and Imperial college London). Dr Kufaishi participated in more than 25 scientific publications and numerous international and local symposia (In London, Iraq, Rio De Janeiro, Cyprus).

Dr. Kufaishi is also an expert as a technical and health editor, where he wrote health pages for several glossy magazines.

Dr Kufaishi was also involved in TV production of technical clips for the MBC, one of the major Satellite TV stations broadcasting in Arabic. He also appeared on numerous shows on TV responding to viewers queries on various scientific subjects for BBC world and MBC, and some other Arabic channels.
